Mr. Cui Xiaofeng, born in December 1976, holds a Master’s degree in mechanical design and theory from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University. Mr Cui, a senior engineer, joined the company in October 2024, serving as the data director.

Prior to this role, he was engaged in the research and development at Huawei Technologies Co,, Ltd’s Hangzhou institute, H3C and DT Dream. He once worked as the secretary of party general branch, vice president, CTO and chief scientist at DT Dream and general manager of Span Data.
