Mr. Wang Liang, born in June 1987, holds a master's degree in Business Administration of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology. He joined the company in February 2018 and is currently the deputy general manager of the company.

He once worked as the secretary of the Youth League Branch and the departmental head of the Organization Department of Beijing Haohua Energy Resource Co., Ltd., the departmental head of the Disciplinary Committee of Beijing Jingmei Group Co., Ltd, the discipline inspection and supervision manager of Zhongrong International Trust Co., Ltd,  head of the Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Department and head of Procurement Department of Capinfo Company Limited, deputy general manager and chairman of CapCloud Technology Co., Ltd., chairman and general manager of Xiamen Rongtong Information Technology Co., Ltd.
