Mr. Zhang Yiqian, born in November 1978, holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He currently serves as the deputy Party secretary, executive director, general manager and member of the Strategy Committee of the company, as well as chairman of the Beijing Software and Information Service Industry Association smart city working committee.

His previous posts included sales representative at Capinfo, and Beijing sales department deputy manager, Beijing sales department manager, key account center director, marketing center director, director and deputy general manager of Beijing Certificate Authority Co., Ltd.
