Mr. Wu Ning, born in December 1981, holds a master of laws degree in Civil and Commercial Law of the Law School of Renmin University of China. He joined the company in June 2020 and is currently the secretary of the board of directors and general counsel of the company .

He once held relevant positions in the People's Court of Dongcheng District, Beijing, the Asset Management Department and Legal Department of COFCO Corporation, and the Compliance and Legal Department of COFCO Futures Co., Ltd.
