Mr. Zhao Kewen, born in July 1984, holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic information engineering from the College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He joined the company in February 2018, and currently works as company business director and chairman of Xiamen Rongtong Information Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhao previously worked at the erstwhile Chongwen District and Dongcheng District of Beijing. His prior posts include general manager of administrative management department and general manager of comprehensive management department and general manager of procurement department of Capinfo Co., Ltd and executive vice general manager of Capinfo.
