In 2014, Capinfo got down to constructing the national integrated organizational personnel management system of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, which was completely redesigned and released in 2020. This system fully supports summary of all Chinese organizations’ personnel information and management of their systems, yielding desirable outcomes in practices. After years of accumulation and iterative product development, we have developed efficient functions in respect of civil servants’ “recruitment, management, resignation and dismissal” for business handling and smart judgment in the whole career life of civil servants based on national databases and statistical libraries for civil servants’ personnel information, to make management of civil servants more information-based, scientific and standardized. Since 2020, this system has been applied in scores of central ministries, multiple provinces and cities in China. It has been widely recognized.
