Since 2015, Capinfo has striven to build a new-generation online and offline integrated government service platform, which has been put into use in Beijing municipal government service network, and halls of Fengtai Government Service Center and Shunyi Government Service Center. Promising outcomes have been achieved in practices: We have built an architecture “with one platform, four-level system and eight major sectors” for the Beijing municipal government service portal, launched services specific to thousands of themes, fully satisfied needs of enterprises and people, and constantly improved service experiences. With reference to advanced Internet architectures, agile development experiences and models, we have completely built an integrated “Internet plus government service” platform with the core technical architecture of “microservices” for the hall of Fengtai Government Service Center. Since 2021, we have integrated more than 1,800 government services of 45 departments of 23 specialized government service subcenters affiliated to the hall of Fengtai Government Service Center, thus making this hall become a district-level government service hall with the highest access rate in Beijing.
